And Justice for All? was based on a collage of children’s stories about the incarceration of Japanese Americans in concentration camps during WWII. To prepare for the production, Susie Tanner led students, in collaboration with their teacher, in a study of the subject matter.
This moving production educated the students and the audience about a very dark time in U.S. history. The production included an epilogue that showed images of survivors of the camps joining forces with protestors during demonstrations against the Muslim ban.
