TheatreWorkers Project collaborated with teachers and students from Manual Arts School of Communication and Global Awareness. Susie Tanner did oral history interviews with students on “B” Track to develop and produce a student-generated play about HIV/AIDS and teen pregnancy. This production gave voice to the students who would have normally been ignored and allowed the students to express concerns about how world health organization and medical care, in general, has failed the poor and people of color.
